Own servers in Germany
Tailkeeper runs on its own servers at Strato in Germany. No advertising, no tracking, no analytics.
Encrypted
Every connection uses HTTPS. Receipts and documents are encrypted file by file, and so are the backups.
Two-step sign-in
The password is always followed by a second step: a code by mail, an authenticator app or a passkey.
Rights per role
Every role sees only what it needs. The server checks every request, not just the interface.
Off-site backups
The data is backed up continuously and encrypted with a second provider in Germany, and restored on trial regularly.
Own mail server
Statements, codes and notices go out through our own mail server. No mail passes through an outside mailing service.
Your data is yours
Every group exports its aircraft in full, every person gets their own data under “My data”.
Deletion with a grace period
Accounts and groups can be deleted. For 30 days you can take it back, after that everything is gone.
